Content Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, media, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital publishing, or a similar role.
- Experience or strong familiarity with digital publishing tools such as WordPress and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of audio and video editing tools, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Interest in finance, investing, markets, or wealth management.
- Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Content Production & Publishing
Build, format, edit, and publish articles, interviews, and explainers using WordPress
Produce and publish event-related content, including summaries, highlights, and wrap-up articles
Refine headlines, introductions, and pull-quotes to suit professional adviser and investor audiences
Project Management & Workflow
Maintain editorial and production calendars for articles, videos, podcasts, and campaigns
Track deadlines and coordinate with editors, contributors, sponsors, and event teams
Manage approvals and ensure timely delivery of content, particularly around major events
Support execution of content linked to the company’s events and partnerships
Audio, Video & Podcast Support
Assist in podcast production, including uploads, show notes, pull-quotes, and basic editing
Prepare and publish short-form video content from interviews and live events (INBrief / INDepth-style clips)
Coordinate assets such as thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata for distribution
Design, Visuals & Social Media
Create on-brand visuals, thumbnails, charts, and simple infographics using Canva
Repurpose articles and event insights into visual and written content for LinkedIn,
email, and other platforms
Write clear, engaging captions that simplify complex financial topics
Publish content across web, email, and social platforms and monitor performance
to inform future content
