Qualifications
- • Graduate of any
Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, vocational course, or Senior High School (SHS).
• Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new software programs.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Processing of participant invoices to providers
- Arranging Service Agreement Documents
- Liaising with participants, carers, providers, and support coordinators
- Managing emails and correspondence using Outlook
- Completing accurate data entry and preparing documentation
- General administrative duties as required
