Mortgage Broking Assistant (mba)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced mortgage broking assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Preferably with 1-2 years in the Australian mortgage broking field
or 1-2 years of experience in local bank loan processing
- Graduate of any business-related degree course
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management proficiency
- Work onsite set-up
Responsibilities
The following are the duties to be carried out as directed by the Employer, and shall include but shall not be limited to:
- Collaborate with mortgage consultants to facilitate communication and interactions with lenders
- Compile applicant documentation to ensure applications meet the established timeline
- Collect and save additional supporting loan documents to the server
- Prepare NCCP documentation
- Complete serviceability calculators
- Input all relevant information into the CRM, maintaining up-to-date client records
- Enter client information into the system
