Qualifications
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Willing to learn and be trained in IT systems and processes
- Graduate of any IT-related course or prior work experience in the IT field is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer service-oriented
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) or on-premises systems is beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Document technical issues and resolutions clearly
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed
- Help maintain inventory of IT equipment
- Support remote users via phone, email, or remote tools
- Participate in IT projects and training sessions
