Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates welcome to apply 
  • Willing to learn and be trained in IT systems and processes 
  • Graduate of any IT-related course or prior work experience in the IT field is an advantage 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer service-oriented 
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) or on-premises systems is beneficial but not required 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues 
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices 
  • Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management 
  • Document technical issues and resolutions clearly 
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed 
  • Help maintain inventory of IT equipment 
  • Support remote users via phone, email, or remote tools 
  • Participate in IT projects and training sessions
