BUYER'S AGENT ASSISTANT (BAA)

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Buyer's Agent Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing on-market and off-market properties that meet an specified investment criteria. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks to support a Buyer's Agent and the overall business operations.

Responsibilities

Property Sourcing:

  • Utilise realestate.com.au to identify potential properties.
  • Proactively reach out to real estate agents and brokers to find off-market properties.
  • Build relationships with real estate professionals to gain access to exclusive listings.
  • Research and analyse property details (including building and pest reports, council zoning) to assess suitability.


Communication and Outreach:

  • Conduct lead generation activities through LinkedIn (20 messages per day).
  • Manage communication with past clients to reactivate interest.
  • Liaise with real estate agents and brokers to negotiate deals and secure properties.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist with marketing initiatives (Active Campaign, Landing page creation).
  • Manage and maintain records using project management tools (Zoho).
  • Research and compile data on relevant market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ad hoc administration/marketing tasks as necessary


Job Types: Full-time

  • Admin, BPO or finance experience is desired but not required.
  • Graduate of any business-related degree
  • With admin and marketing experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Organizational and Time Management Skill
  • Experienced in the Australian real estate industry
