The HR Manager will be responsible for leading HR operations at a local level, ensuring people practices are aligned with the direction set by the Australia-based HR Manager.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is desirable.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience across generalist functions.
- Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Manager, or HRBP capacity.
- Experience working within a regional or offshore reporting structure is highly desirable.
- Experience in BPO, corporate, or professional services environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Executing HR strategy at a local level in alignment with direction set by the Australia-based HR Manager.
- Partnering with business leaders to deliver effective, practical HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Leading core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensuring all HR practices comply with local labour laws while aligning with global governance standards.
- Providing accurate HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Driving a positive employee experience through strong HR support, manager enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
