Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience across generalist functions.
• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Manager, or HRBP capacity.
• Experience working within a regional or offshore reporting structure is highly desirable.
• Experience in BPO, corporate, or professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executing HR strategy at a local level in alignment with direction set by the Australia-based HR Manager.
• Partnering with business leaders to deliver effective, practical HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Leading core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensuring all HR practices comply with local labour laws while aligning with global governance standards.
• Providing accurate HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Driving a positive employee experience through strong HR support, manager enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
